Shipping :

We strive to deliver products purchased from Bengalen Store in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases we will deliver the order to your doorstep. Bengalen branches and warehouses are available in West Bengal, Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan. We dispatch the orders from nearest warehouses of a delivery location.

• If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
• If you cancel the order after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Our partnered carriers are Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, UPS, Aramex, FedEx, Xpressbees, Ecom Express and Gati.

Delivery :

We dispatch products within 48 hours and it usually get delivered in next 2-7 working days in India and 5-15 working days in outside of India. Sometime International delivery may vary due to heavy work load in Carriers or custom clearance.

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

1. Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
2. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal/Pin Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
3. Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We and delivery partner may need to call you for delivery related queries.

Please note the International package may opened officially by Government Customs official to inspect the material. Please don't hesitate to accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with Customs Sealed.
